1 lb of flank steak, thinly cut
4 Squiggly Knife Cut noodle packs (discard the sauce packets)
12 oz of broccoli florets
6 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of suga
3 tbsp of sesame oil
2 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp chili oil (optional
2 tbsp of neutral oil

Beef marinade:
2 tbsp of corn starc
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sesame oil
a pinch of ground black pepper

Directions

1. Thinly cut your flank steak and marinate in soy sauce, sesame oil, and corn starch. Add a pinch of ground black pepper. Set it aside for 10 minutes.

2. Bring a pot to a boil and add 4 packets of the Trader Joe’s Squiggly Knife Cut noodles. You can add a steamer basket on top to steam your broccoli florets simultaneously. When your broccoli and noodles are done cooking, quickly rinse them in cold water.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of neutral oil and add your marinated beef. I also added sliced mushrooms.

4. Add your cooked noodles and sauce ingredients. Mix them in well.

5. Add your steamed broccoli and toss everything together. You can also add chili oil, sriracha and chopped scallions. Serve and enjoy!
