
Ingredients
2 servings of frozen udon (frozen udon noodles are pre-cooked fyi!)
1 tbsp of neutral oil
1/4 cup of wate
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of miso paste
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of ground sesame seeds
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1/3 cup of corn
1 cup of mushrooms
1/4 of green cabbage, sliced
1 scallion, chopped
1 tbsp of thinly cut nori or furikake
Directions
1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. When heated, add 1/4 cup of water, oil and your udon noodles. Cover the lid and for 1 minute and let the steam thaw and separate the noodles.
2. Open the lid and add your vegetables and sauce ingredients (butter, miso, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar.) Mix everything well together and saute until the vegetables are cooked and udon noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.
3. Turn off heat and drizzle sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Optional: garnish with thinly cut nori or furikake.
