
Ingredients
serving size: 2 adults + 2 kids
1.5 lbs of Shabu meat (Pork, Beef or chicken works!)
5-6 mushrooms (enoki, white button, or king oyster)
1 onion, thinly sliced
15 leaves with Perilla leaves, thinly sliced
2 scallions, cut into 2″ long pieces
1 bag of soybean sprouts
Sauce:
5 tbsp of sugar
5 tbsp of Gochujang
1 tbsp of minced garlic
5 tbsp of soy sauce
5 tbsp of Gochugaru
5 tbsp of mirin
Directions
1. Prepare your ingredients and make the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together.
2. In a medium sized pan, add soybean sprouts as a bottom layer. Then add all of your vegetables, and add your shabu meat of choice. Pour the sauce on top.
3. Turn the heat to high and stir everything together to make sure the sauce is mixed in well. Cook until the meat is cooked through.
4. Serve with rice and enjoy!
