
Ingredients
serving size: 2 adults + 2 kids
2 large chinese eggplants, thinly sliced
5 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of Gochugaru
1 tbsp of honey
1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp of chopped green onions
Directions
1. Thinly slice your eggplants. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Lay each eggplant piece flat on a baking pan and bake for 12 minutes.
3. Once done, remove the pan from the oven and move the baked eggplant slices to a medium sized bowl.
4. Add your sauce ingredients and mix well for the sauce to be evenly coated on the eggplant slices. Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy!
