
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
1 small packet of fried tofu pouches (14 pieces) – I get mine from the brand Pulmuone
1 cup of minced veggies, cooked (carrots, zucchini, squash and mushrooms) – optional
2-3 tbsp of furikake
Directions:
1. Open the Yubuchobap kit, which will include a packet of seasoned tofu pouches, a packet of dried vegetables ingredients, and a packet of sweet vinegar sauce.
2. Add 2 cups of cooked rice to a big bowl. Mix in the sweet vinegar sauce (1 sauce packet per 1 packet of seasoned tofu pouches) and 1 dried ingredients packet (I subbed with my minced veggies.) Mix everything together well.
3. Open the seasoned tofu packet and squeeze out all the excess liquid. Add them to a small bowl.
4. Take out the tofu pouches one by one and stuff the rice mixture in. Tip: if you have a cookie dough scooper, try using it to make this step easier.
5. Serve with miso or fish cake soup and enjoy!
