Ingredients:
Gochujang glazed salmon (for 3 pieces of 6 oz salmon fillets:)
2 tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp sesame oil
Soy garlic glazed salmon (for 3 pieces of 6 oz salmon fillets:)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
2. In a bowl, mix together glaze materials and set aside.
3. Pat the salmon filets dry and place them on your sheet pan with your vegetables (work with vegetables with similar cook time.)
4. Season your salmon and vegetables with salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil over your vegetables.
5. Add 1 tbsp of the glaze to each fillet and brush until evenly coated.
6. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes and brush on an extra layer of glaze. Bake for another 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions and enjoy!
